Roots Beach Bar Restaurants in Bijilo Serekunda is well worth a visit. Food is excellent, plenty of comfortable sun loungers, service is brilliant and you are on the beach. All food was really good and salads, which can be a bit hit & miss ( in Gambia) were fantastic. A nice touch is you can order fresh fruit salad and juice from the beach hut vendors to give them business as well. They are open in the evening with live music most nights and a BBQ on weekends.
